How it works

1. Campaign: a local group sets weekly tranches and names 3–5 local verifiers.
2. Donate: USDC into a program-owned vault; every donor gets an on-chain receipt.
3. Attest: each tranche unlocks only when M-of-N verifiers confirm the milestone (photo / voice / meal count, hashed on-chain).
4. Release and cash-out: funds go to the group and are cashed out via vetted local agents.
5. Refund: if a deadline is missed, unreleased funds are refundable pro-rata or re-routed.

No personal data on-chain. Bilingual Arabic/English donor reports. The demo is a browser simulation with no blockchain connection.
